CES Project Manager Receives Dept. Of Army Commendation

CES Project Manager Chris Thomas received an official commendation from the department of the army after a remarkable success of Electrical Resistance Heating at a confidential military installation. The commendation reads as follows:


Department of the Army
Chris Thomas is officially commended for participation on the HAAF Six-Phase Heating pilot study project team. This projects sensitive location required extremely close coordination and continued communication to successfully execute the environmental restoration. The team worked through months of coordination with the customer, the Department of Energy, and the Battelle Pacific Northwest National Laboratory to acquire one of three power units within the United States for this restoration project. ...The team clearly demonstrated technical competency and quality care by providing a cost effective and innovative environmental restoration solution for the customer. The teams efforts resulted in enhanced respect and trust of the [Army Corps of Engineers] Savannah Districts capabilities.
